2. Intellectual Property and Content

The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Tigo Gi Tong Library and its licensors. Our cultural heritage content, including but not limited to books, audio, and visual materials, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit permission.
• Digital purchases grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for personal use.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

• You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service.
• You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
• You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Digital Goods and Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable content (eBooks, audiobooks, etc.) are final. We do not offer refunds once the content has been accessed or downloaded.

If you experience technical issues accessing your purchased content, please contact our support team, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
